My approach is to honour your whole-body experience: your physical, emotional, mental, sexual and spiritual aspects. All aspects are welcome to be explored here.

We will go on a geeky magic carpet ride, discussing female anatomy and physiology through the lens of indigenous women’s medicine. Finding reverence in how women have treated and cared for themselves throughout the centuries is profoundly beautiful, and frankly simple.

Whilst we are chatting away, you may notice a pot of water warming up, and a seat with a hole in it. I will ask if you are ready to peristeam once the water is ready. I will leave the room to let you undress from the waist down, and you will wrap the bottom half of your body with a blanket provided to you. 

We will begin with a simple meditation practice. As you steam, we can alternate between breathing and/or pelvic floor exercises, or you can opt to receive a back massage or we can simply chat. If you want to be left alone, I can also leave the room. Peristeaming is an intimate practice and I will honour whatever feels good to you.

You’ll be asked to get dressed after 15 minutes or so, and we can proceed to discuss next steps. But before that, I will check in to see how you are feeling. Most (if not all) of my clients have said it feels strangely relaxing and soothing, that it is a sensation they have never experienced before. 

As we wrap up our session together, you’ll get a personalised steam plan, and tips for looking after yourself holistically. You also get to take home a Womb Ritual Kit, valued at $60. 

You’ll then be off on your merry way, and steam from the comfort of your home at your advised schedule.
